Job Details
This law firm has an understated but impressive transactional practice with revenues exceeding £40 million. Historically the firm has successfully recruited lawyers from larger top tier law firms and those candidates have done well in this commercial and more entrepreneurial environment. There is a very successful part of the transactional business that acts for major investment banks and financial institutions but they are currently losing FS regulatory work to larger competitors down to not having fire power. The firm has just recruited a contentious FS specialist, and that person will be joining in 2022, but they need a complimentary hire on the non-contentious side to fully achieve their plans. The firm can offer a long list of existing clients to tap in to so client following is more of a ‘nice to have’. The firm is open to an existing partner or someone who is perhaps just below and looking to move into a partner role.
