In-House Junior Litigation Lawyer (NQ-3year PQE) - Birmingham City Centre - Flexible working
Our client is searching for a junior commercial litigation lawyer to bolster their highly collaborative and well-structured commercial litigation team. Due to changes in legislation, this business was at the forefront of exploiting a gap in the market, meaning that this business' operates within a niche market, pursuing a variety of commercial litigation claims valued in the multi millions, on behalf of insolvency practitioners and other claimants' who are unable to fund litigation themselves on cases relating to e.g. breach of contract, professional negligence, or construction disputes.
This role will allow you to pursue multi million pound litigation claims yourself, with support from highly experienced litigators that you will be reporting into and learning from. This is an opportunity to escape the red tape and structure of private practice, have autonomy and be involved in growing the business, where the result is the focus, not the chargeable hours!
You will be a self-starter and someone who takes real ownership of their work. You must have a commercial litigation background and have a good handle of the CPR.
The package includes the base salary, pension, a potential bonus and genuine work life balance and flexible home working.
