Private Client Paralegal

About the role:
You will undertake the following workflows:
* Assisting in the drafting of legal documents;
* Preparing high quality documentation: covering letters, presentations, spreadsheets and reports as required;
* Ensuring that an effective filing system is maintained;
* Making and receiving telephone calls so as to provide updates of information to relevant parties;
* Assisting with the dispatch of outgoing correspondence and enclosures; and
* Undertaking any specific training when required to do so.

About the Private Client Paralegal:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role, undertaking in Private Client work.
You will possess the following attributes:
* Excellent organisational and IT skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; and
* Ability to work in a team and under own initiative.
