Litigation, Regulatory and Advisory Solicitor

About the role:

You will benefit from the opportunity to manage your own caseload. Workflows can include:

• Commercial, regulatory and public law disputes;
• Acting for corporates, regulators, oversight and statutory bodies and wider sector clients;
• Advising on and defending claims under the Equalities Act;
• Procedural steps of litigation in the County and High Court through to trial;
• ADR including mediations and local dispute resolution; and
• Instructing and working with experts and counsel.

About the Litigation, Advisory and Regulatory Solicitor:

You will be a UK qualified solicitor with an interest in public bodies or Higher Education Institutions.

You will also possess the follow attributes:

• Experience of litigation;
• An in-depth knowledge of the Equalities Act;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work; and
• An interest in business development.
