Job Details
This role will suit you either as an ambitious experience senior associate or an existing partner. As head of contentious probate and trusts, you will lead a substantial team that works very closely with one of the leading private client departments in the country.
My client is a highly respected legal practice and one of the largest law firms in the South East outside London, The firm is highly rated in all practice areas in The Legal 500 directory and 22 lawyers are quoted as leaders in their field in Chambers UK.
Contentious probate and trusts is an area of the firm's dispute practice which it has grown successfully in the past few years. It has been able to do so due to the breadth of the firm's private client practice and the strong reputation of its lawyers across the disputes team and non-contentious teams.
