The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate Solicitor 1-3 PQE to join their outstanding and progressive London City practice.

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Company incorporation, advising on Governance issues, shareholder and investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions and advising on more complex disputes arising from any of the above.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 1-3 relevant years PQE
