A rare opportunity for a bright and ambitious Disputes Solicitor seeking the opportunity to lead and grow a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team within an innovative and forward thinking Legal 500 law firm who pride themselves on their continued growth.

Our client is seeking to appoint an accomplished and experienced 5+ year PQE Solicitor with a strong commercial litigation background who should ideally be a current partner or senior associate with proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial dispute resolution work.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of developing and managing a team, while delivering exceptional client service, developing and maintaining professional relationships and with the ability to actively shape and drive a team of colleagues in line with the Firm’s objectives.

You will deliver succinct high-quality advice, have excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, have a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. You will lead the team’s marketing and business development, with support from the members of the team and the dedicated business development and marketing team.
