Job Details
We have been instructed by a leading international firm in Melbourne looking for a senior Corporate Associate to join their team.
The firm has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and also in the US and Europe, making them one of the most well-known firms on a global scale.
The Corporate team works on a diverse range of M&A and equity capital markets transactions for both domestic and international clients.
The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of post-qualification corporate experience from a top international firm. Given the current climate and difficulties of entering Australia, it is preferable for candidates to hold Australian nationality, although strong candidates without this attribute are also invited to apply.
