Delighted to be working with a world-renowned, healthcare organisation based in Hertfordshire, to find a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their legal team. You’ll be joining a well-established legal team which plays a key role in the success of the organisation’s important day to day activities.
Based in modern offices in the Hemel Hempstead area, the successful Commercial Contracts Solicitor will be surrounded by a vibrant team of solicitors who share invaluable experience and knowledge of the in-house legal landscape. This is a truly exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.
Duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Solicitor:
 

• Support legal and commercial function during peak caused by pandemic
• General In-House requirements including: commercial contracts, public procurement, IT, insurance, compliance, supplier agreements, terms and conditions, data protection
• Good understanding and experience of managing commercial contracts is required, as is an understanding and experience of public procurement and framework agreements
• Understanding of recruitment sector and flexible worker legislation – Working Time Regulations, Agency Worker Regulations, IR35 - would be helpful but is not essential
