Costs Enforcement Adviser

Costs Enforcement Adviser required for a leading Liverpool/Birkenhead based law firm.

Your new company
This firm is a leading provider of insurance and legal services, and has offices based in Liverpool and Birkenhead. The firm work on behalf of both major international insurance firms and individual clients, offering a high quality of work, and a wide range of legal exposure.

Your new role
As a Costs Enforcement Adviser, your roles and responsibilities would be:

• To issue court proceedings.
• To instruct Counsel and other parties to attend hearings.
• To prepare documents and files in preparation for hearings,
• To instruct high court enforcement and country court bailiffs.
• To deal with internal and external telephone queries.
• To maintain a positive relationship with external clients, lawyers and courts.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you must:

• Have previous knowledge of RTA Claims and court procedures.
• Have an LLB Degree and received a 2:1 or above.
• Be proactive and work with your own initiative.
