Job Details
Experienced EL/PL Litigation Executive required for a leading Central Manchester Law firm.
Your new company
A global law firm that operate in wide range of countries and employ over 1000 qualified lawyers. This position is based in their Manchester office in the heart of the City Centre. The firm have a vast portfolio of major corporate clients and institutions, and operate within a range of specialised legal areas.
Your new role
As an EL/PL Litigation Executive, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Support fee earners and partners within the firm to carry out day to day tasks
- Liaise with key stakeholders: Counsel, medical experts, third parties.
- Prepare court bundles, letters of instruction, briefing notes and action plans.
- Review reports and statements, and draft documents for key clients.
- Conduct legal research, and stay up to date with modern industry practices.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you must:
- Have completed the LPC or equivalent practice course.
- Have an undergrad law degree, with a 2:1 minimum.
- Have previous experience in a litigation based role.
