Job Details

Our client is a Wall street law firm with offices throughout Asia. It has a well established office in HK with a highly regarded US and HK Capital Markets practice in addition to a market leading M&A and PE practice.  It now requires a mid level US securities lawyer, with 3 to 5 years of experience, to join its supportive team. Whilst the role is focused on US securities transactions there will be the opportunity to also be involved in some M&A matters.  The successful candidate is likely to be working at an international law firm in Asia or the US. You will be US qualified with a strong academic background and excellent technical skills.  Whilst fluency in Mandarin is preferred it is not a prerequisite.  This is a rare opportunity to join a firm which will offer you excellent training and strong career prospects.
