Employment Law Trainer - 3+ PQE - East Anglia
Errington Legal are recruiting for a qualified Employment lawyer for a client training role within a top regional law firm.
This position has come from the tremendous growth in client interest for this leading Employment team. Working closely with a team to design and deliver a spectrum of Employment Law training to large organisations across the East Anglia region.
You should be a qualified solicitor of at least 3 years + PQE with an excellent understanding of employment law and a broad experience of presenting/training on employment law to audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a creative flair for producing fun, informative and interactive training materials with a desire to carry out training work across the firm’s client base.
It is vital that you have excellent business development skills to win training work for new and existing clients and the willingness and ability to travel to deliver training nationwide (must have own driving licence).
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and self-starter with an engaging and approachable personality.
The role will be offered significant support from across the team, but will require a proactive approach not only to serve the existing clients but in an effort to further grow the offering.
