A 12 month fixed term contract Legal Counsel role based in London with a Asset Management Company
Your new company
A global asset management company. This company has offices in London where the team works on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
The role is a 12 month maternity cover and will report directly into the head of legal. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Legal with drafting and negotiating investment management agreements, advising the business on UK and European legislation and regulations and working on regulatory agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have 4-5 years' PQE (as a guide). With experience in MiFiD firms, regulatory matters, asset management and financial services.
