Job Details
Our client is an investment management firm with offices in London and the US, who are looking to take on a Senior Legal Counsel. You will be joining an extremely collaborative legal team whilst having the opportunity to work with the wider business and senior stakeholders.
This role is an extremely exciting one - you will be the conduit between all legal matters and the wider goals of the business.
The role includes:
- Client facing contracts;
- Fund structures;
- Trading, brokerage and markets;
- Company secretarial and securities litigation together with external service provider;
- Vendor contracts; and
- General legal advice.
There will also be the opportunity to manage reports and to be a key member of the legal team.
