Job Details
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to advise on a variety of legal matters for our client, a dynamic and growing international business on a fixed term contract. In particular, you will review, draft and negotiate agreements, provide general legal guidance and assist the Senior Legal Director on a broad range of projects.
You will be a gifted lawyer who understands business and legal issues, enjoys the intellectual challenges of providing succinct counsel regarding complex commercial and legal matters, and consistently strives for excellence. You will be adept at identifying potential legal issues and managing the problem-solving and implementation processes with other areas of the company, including business, technical and finance colleagues.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years PQE, ideally including at least 2 years’ gained in private practice. You will have significant experience negotiating commercial transactions and counseling clients, ideally in the areas of advertising, technology, and software licensing and development.
