White Collar Crime Partner - London, flexible working arrangements

Our London based law firm client has a strong presence in the regulatory arena and is seeking an additional white collar crime partner to join the London team.

Predominantly, the practice represents corporates and individuals in a range of investigations and prosecutions brought by regulators such as the FCA, SFO, ICO and HMRC.

In addition to specialising in defending complex fraud, corruption and money laundering investigations, the team also advises clients on dealing with matters such as dawn raids, search warrants and production orders. Day-to-day matters include compliance advice and audit to ensure clients are operating in line with current regulations.

The firm are keen to talk to any established partners with a profile in this area and who can show a history of business generation. However, this is certainly a firm that has a successful track record in promoting and supporting senior lateral associates who want to move into their first partnership position and so will consider senior non-partner candidates who are perhaps blocked elsewhere. You will find an environment where lawyers and partners are given plenty of freedom to develop their own practice and, in regard to this practice area, where there is a good internal market of existing clients who are seeking support.
