A fantastic opportunity has opened up with an ambitious and forward-thinking firm in Preston for a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The firm have strong roots within their local community and aim to deliver top quality legal advisory services to their long standing clients.
You will be working on a broad range of Commercial Property matters from sales and commercial purchases, banking and finance, leasing and asset management
You will work on matters revolving refinancing, site acquisitions for development, easements, overage payment issues and options to buy/sell. This will give you the chance to really develop your legal knowledge of this area and allow you to embellish your career within Commercial Property.
