Paralegal/Contracts Manager - Temp - 2months+

We are currently seeking a Paralegal/Contracts Manager who is available on short notice to join a leading pharmaceutical company for an initial period of 2 months with scope for extension. This role is based remotely.

The client is currently introducing a new contract management system, and require a paralegal or contracts manager with at least 12 months experience to join and work across two projects:

1. Contract management activities: managing IT departments contracting activities including contract requests and creation, updating acess rights and overseeing archiving activities
2. Migration of IT contracts into the new contract management system, including the ability to identify when contracts are not organised properly, and take ownership for liaisng with appropriate stakeholders

Candidates will ideally have experience with commercial contracts and IT contracts. French language skills are a bonus, but not essential.
