Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a global professional services organisation in Birmingham.
Our client boasts an established and highly regarded UK legal team which sits within the their global legal function. As part of this team, you will be working on a broad range of commercial contract matters which are mainly related to technological and asset-based services including master services and global framework agreements, managed services and outsourcing agreements, software and licensing agreements and advising, drafting and negotiating supplier agreements. You will also provide general legal advice to the other internal support functions within the business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE with previous commercial contracts experience in a reputable City firm or in-house team. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to keep calm in a fast paced environment dealing with tight and ever-changing deadlines. You will also be a confident decision maker, able to take responsibility and ownership of issues.
