An exciting new Legal Counsel role has been created with a software company that is dynamically altering the way IT approaches cyber security. As we look to an increasingly mobile based IT future, the cybersecurity situation has been getting steadily worse. The company are fixing a broken cyber market, they offer a unique product that is the only type of its kind globally. It is an exciting time to join a fast-growing tech company with lots of legal exposure.
About the Role;
Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will encompass a broad range of matters including technology (SaaS, software licensing), commercial (supplier contracts), anti-bribery & corruption (ABC), and property. You will work within a lean legal function meaning the role will be autonomous and there will be lots of scope for growth. This role presents an opportunity to become a well-rounded lawyer.
About You;
You must be a qualified solicitor from NQ-2 PQE and preferably have some technology experience. Ideally you will have experience working with government clients. The role requires a bright, enthusiastic, and honest individual to work collaboratively with the legal team. This is a compelling opportunity to join a small business at the very inception of its growth stage.
