This highly rated boutique City law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their thriving London Employment practice.  Their well respected team advises an impressive list of corporate and senior executive clients on all areas of contentious and non-contentious UK Employment law.  The role will therefore include areas such as performance management; preparation/review of employment contracts and staff handbooks; sickness issues; disciplinary/grievance procedures; restrictive covenants, confidentiality and team moves; TUPE issues; and managing a range of Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court claims.  Applicants should accordingly have high-level experience in these areas, ideally gained with another well-respected London or major UK regional practice.  Proven client-facing skills, a commercial approach and technical excellence will be needed.  The role offers stand-out future career potential within this busy high-level practice.  For more details, please apply now!
