The Role
This firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join a top-tier team of industry-leading professionals who regularly experience City quality work with an enviable work/life balance.
You will take a mid-level role within a busy team that has recently had an influx of new work, making it an exciting time to join. The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload providing services across all areas of Commercial Property.
The firm's Commercial Property team are known for their entrepreneurial and commercial approach and field a highly experienced team: most of their practitioners have a background in City or West End commercial property firms. The firm undertakes a broad Commercial Property offering, including development, investment, acquisitions and disposals, and asset management. They have a particular specialism in serving retail and investment property businesses, but also act for many long-standing and high-profile clients across a broad range of disciplines, including franchising.
The firm offers flexibility, realistic expectations and fluid and transparent paths to progression. Employees are rewarded for their efforts.
