Are you a Professional Negligence Solicitor? This Tier 2 ranked Legal 500 firm has an enviable client base, punching above their weight. Directors and Officers and Financial Institutions claims are a core area for them.

The Role
This firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3-6 PQE in the City of London.
Professional Liability, Director and Officer, and Financial Institutions claims are a core part of the firm's insurance practice, and they have been providing solutions to the industry for several decades.
They act for clients with which they have long-standing relationships, such as most of the global insurance companies; the team is expert in defending claims in the UK and overseas.
The team handles Professional Negligence and director and officer, financial institution and warranty and indemnity claims, and regulatory matters.
This is for legal and financial professions (such as solicitors, barristers, accountants, financial advisors, brokers, valuers and tax and pensions advisors) and their insurers.
Ideally, you will already have previous experience of working on Professional Negligence defence and coverage matters and ideally Director and Officer as well.
However - this firm is willing to train up the right candidate who may only have Professional Negligence experience.
