Job Details
Brief Job Overview:
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple business areas.
- Managing advisers and stakeholders in successfully delivering the bank's transactions and projects.
- Managing legal costs using e-billing, auctions, and other tools.
What do you need to be successful in the role?
- In depth knowledge of syndicated lending transactions, general banking law and practice and the financial services industry.
- Good analytical and awareness skills.
- High motivation.
