PENSIONS LITIGATION NQ-3PQE *TOP TIER PENSIONS PRACTICE *

A rare opportunity has arisen for a bright junior lawyer (NQ-3PQE) to join our client's market leading Pensions Litigation practice.

The team is currently made up of 5 client facing lawyers, who are often involved in High Court litigation involving a wide range of matters including rectification and construction actions, judicial review, breach of trust, negligence and contractual disputes. They have also been involved in some of the most high profile enforcement cases involving the Pensions Regulator's anti-avoidance and scheme funding powers, and expect to see a significant increase in this work with the Pension Schemes Act 2021.

Successful candidates will have trained and / or practised with a leading City firm and will have completed a litigation seat. Whilst beneficial, prior pensions litigation experience is not essential.
