Seeking Capital Markets & Structured Finance Lawyers

This would be an opportunity for lawyers with experience in structured finance, capital markets, banking, derivatives, CLO's and/or securitisation.

You will be working with clients across the UK, Europe and United States on some of the most complex, cutting-edge and high-profile transactions in the market.

Candidates will ideally have 2-5 years' PQE but will consider associates outside of this range if they are able to demonstrate relevant experience in any of the listed practice areas.
