In-House Construction Paralegal Opportunity - Bath

A British professional services firm that provides engineering consultancy, design, planning, project management, and consulting services for buildings, infrastructure, and the environment are looking for an eager and enthusiastic paralegal to join their head office based in Bath.

This is a fairly general role, where the successful applicant will work across the business wherever they are needed. However, there are some construction-related duties involved, including collateral warranties, novation agreements and sub-consultancy arrangements. working on claims, contract review (such as NDAs) and assisting with contract management. The successful applicant will also be providing a full administrative service, data entry and record keeping.

Career progression is a possibility in due course, but the successful applicant will need to prove to be a vital asset to the team.

Remote working is possible with this role, but applicants must be prepared to commute (without issue) to Bath at least 1 day per week.

Applicants must be well-educated, highly IT literate, possess exemplary communications kills and eager to learn. Organisation is key to this role, and so applicants must be highly adept, with a keen eye for detail.
