Corporate Solicitor

A Corporate Solicitor with upwards of three years post qualification experience is required to join a top tier law firm in central Newcastle Upon Tyne. This is an award-winning corporate department and therefore if you are a Corporate Solicitor seeking a new role in the North East then this role should stand out.

In this role you will be required to work on a variety of corporate matters for largely regional clients however there will be some opportunity to be exposed to wider national and international work from time to time. Our clients North East regional clients are second to none, and the Corporate Team are advising on some of the best matters around.

It is envisaged you will have upwards of three years post qualification experience with a background in handling Corporate matters. You will be managing your own caseload whilst assisting other lawyers on the team in relation to corporate transactional work and company law advisory matters. This will indirectly support the wider business as it will free up some of the Partners time to focus on Business Development.

The firm is going from strength to strength and this Corporate department, even through COVID-19 have had some of their most successful months. The firm offer agile working and so in this role there is the opportunity to work from home for three days a week on a long-term basis.
