Job Details
Top global law firm is looking to recruit a Data PSL to work as part of the IP/IT practice, with a particular focus on data and cyber law.
The role will focus on data privacy, cyber security and data governance and, depending on the candidate, aspects of IP law other than patent law. You will work with lawyers across the global offices, supporting both the team in London and the wider overseas practices.
Bringing deep expertise to the group, you will help provide a market-leading client service, assist with internal training, act as a sounding board, help raise the profile of the practice, strengthen client relationships and help drive innovation.
This global role is of huge importance to the market leading team and it is envisaged that the new recruit will be required to work full-time. A high level of data privacy, cyber security and data governance experience is sought, and previous PSL experience would be welcomed. Transactional and/or IP experience is desirable but not essential. You will be willing to act as a leader and take ownership of projects and drive them forward. Strong networking skills, excellent communication skills and sound judgement will also be important.
