This leading law firm, one of the very few that can credibly claim to have a truly global real estate offering, exceptionally offers an immediate partnership promotion to a “superstar” Senior Associate.
The free-standing London real estate team is a market leader with strength and depth in all areas of commercial real estate and supporting practice areas, however, thanks to the stellar performance of the firm’s corporate offering – (which is generating a cornucopia of cross-border private equity real estate transactions) - the mainstream real estate team is facing capacity issues in servicing throw-off work.
As a result of this capacity crunch, the law firm seeks a stellar commercial “dirt” real estate lawyer to support its European offering. You will most likely be a Senior Associate at a top City law firm frustrated by lack of business case at your own firm looking to progress to partnership.
