Residential Property Associate - NQ-2PQE

Pure Search are instructed by a leading City firm looking to grow their Private Property team.

The Firm:

Our client is a leading City firm with a rich history in the real estate market. Benefiting from complimentary strengths in commercial real estate, construction and real estate disputes, our client is widely seen as one of the 'big players' in the international real estate market.

The Role:

The role will expose you to a broad range of private individuals including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, many of which hold high value residential property portfolios. A significant part of the team's day-to-day practice is international, often with a strong offshore element, providing a lot of variety and opportunities to network on a global scale.

Joining a well established Private Property team, but with significant plans to grow, you will play a key role in acting for occupiers, developers in a very broad residential role, providing the ideal grounding for a junior real estate lawyer.

About You:

You will have at least six-months experience of residential property transactions, ideally working with prime Central London properties. You will have experience of the full transactional process, from acquisitions and disposals to investment portfolio work, property financing and development/investment.

You will be someone who is looking for a step up to a firm with significant international reach and a very clear and transparent progression structure, alongside one of the best remuneration structures of any firm in the residential property market.
