Job Details
Our client is one of the leading law firms in the US, Europe, and Asia, but has its roots firmly in California and close ties to the many successful fast growth companies of the San Francisco Bay Area. As a result of sustained growth, the firm is seeking a new attorney to join its corporate practice group.
The successful candidate will have 2-7 years of experience (Class of 2014-2019) and be able to demonstrate experience of advising clients on complex corporate transactions, particularly in the start-up / venture capital space. Membership of the California Bar is essential.
