Our clients have already started to turn their attention to considering the early 2022 trainee/NQ intake. The market is incredibly busy across all practice areas and firms are confident with the pipeline of work they have in 2022. Firms will be recruiting for lateral NQs who qualify early next year. As such we are interested in speaking to March qualifying NQs to discuss potential options, the market in general, and to provide any insight/advise around the retention and qualification process.
