This leading practice is seeking to appoint an accomplished and experienced, 5+ PQE Solicitor to lead and grow their highly regarded dispute resolution team. This is a unique opportunity for someone that ideally has experience of developing and managing a team, to shape and drive this well-established team. The position is full-time and, there will be the opportunity for some working from home.

The Dispute Resolution team is highly driven with plans and the commitment from the firm to continue to develop. The team has continuously been ranked in Tier 1 of the Legal 500 for more than 20 years. They provide practical advice to companies, businesses and individuals on the best way of resolving a wide range of disputes including (but not limited to) contractual claims and debt collection, property disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, professional negligence claims, partnership disputes, insolvency and construction.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a current Partner or Senior Associate with proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial dispute resolution work. The firm welcomes applications from prospective candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing, and maintaining professional relationships and those who can actively lead a team of colleagues.

You will have the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, have a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. You will lead the team’s marketing and business development, with support from the members of the team and their dedicated business development and marketing team.

Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
