Job Details

We are partnering with an established and growing real estate company that manages a portfolio of real estate investments across the UK and Europe. In line with this growth, we are currently looking for a candidate who will support the running of the global transaction management team in a broad administrative role, which will touch on Corporate Governance, legal and internal compliance matters.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Global Transaction Management and work with the Investment Committee (IC) who oversee the pipeline of new investments and disposals, as well as the development and management of certain assets.

 

Some key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Governance of IC meetings, including minuting;
  • Ensuring the team meets with internal compliance procedures;
  • Liaising with the IC on methods to optimise efficiency of the investments business;
  • Managing the deal portal, which tracks the progress of deals through their life cycle;
  • Helping shape current and new investment policy.

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised and have excellent interpersonal skills - those who are comfortable occupying a visible role and can liaise with senior management across the UK and Europe with ease. You may have accrued experience as a secretary, company governance professional or PA/EA, but regardless of your background, you must have:

  • Occupied a relevant role, ideally in a financial services or real estate organisation, for at least 3 years;;
  • Strong IT skills (to be comfortable using software like Management Assistant);
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the confidence to coordinate and manage meetings/calendars across multiple jurisdictions.
