Job Details
We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for a leading US law firm on a 12-month FTC. The firm are looking for someone to join their highly regarded corporate practice to assist fee-earners on high-profile, complex and cross-border deals.
As a Paralegal you will provide assistance to Associates and Partners in the Corporate practice, giving you direct exposure to high-profile cases and deals. Typical Paralegal tasks will include:
- Drafting ancillary documents
- Managing CP checklists
- Carrying out due diligence.
The successful Paralegal must have secured a Training Contract and be available for a minimum of 12 months. You will ideally have a demonstrable interest in corporate and commercial law, either through a Vacation Scheme undertaken in a corporate team or previous work experience as a Paralegal.
