CORPORATE TAX LAWYER - 2-6 PQE

This major City and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and highly rated Corporate Tax practice in London.  Their team undertake a varied and often complex caseload, working closely with other departments across the firm, and advising on the full range of UK taxes.  You'll therefore be involved in an interesting and diverse range of transactional, advisory and structuring work, which may typically include M&A (with an emphasis on cross border deals), corporate restructuring, energy taxation (including upstream work), equity and debt capital markets, finance, UK real estate, projects, funds and private equity.  Given the breadth of work, you’ll develop to advise confidently on all of the main direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties.
