A high ranking US firm has space on the team for an entrepreneurial, bright and technically capable mid-level restructuring lawyer to join their London office.

The successful candidate will work on big ticket international restructurings and will advise on all areas of international restructurings and corporate rescues. The firm specialise in advising a range of institutions, from creditors, sponsors and insolvency companies. The successful candidate will be at least 2PQE with non contentious restructuring experience. The candidate will have exposure to and work closely with prestigious clients, such as JP Morgan, KKR and UniCredit.

The firm offer a top US remuneration package dependent on experience, at one of the world's most reputable and profitable law firms. This is an opportunity to get involved with high value, complex and market leading work in a small team. The candidate will have more responsibility, client and deal contact.
