Employment Associate

Our client is national firm with a strong international network and client base. It is a forward thinking, entrepreneurial practice and a ‘disruptor’ in the legal sector.   It seeks a dynamic and motivated employment associate who loves their work and will work with autonomy and also as part of a strong team. The successful candidate has the option to work in the firm’s London office or in one of its other locations or to be based largely or entirely from home. Career prospects are excellent at this non-hierarchical firm which promotes on merit and has excellent retention. The work will be respondent based employment advisory and disputes for clients in the tech, healthcare, life sciences and start up world. Candidates are likely to have up to 4 years pqe and must have really good respondent employment law experience from a recognised firm, be driven, collaborative and have a strong sense of fun.
