With a network of offices across the globe, the wider team advise on estate planning, personal wealth tax and corporate tax, mainstream corporate and commercial, and private and public capital management. This position would suit a mid-level lawyer with previous exposure to private clients matters, particularly concerning aspects of tax, domestic and international wealth planning and trusts. 

Requirements: 

• Provide high-quality UK personal tax advice for UHNW families and managing aspects such as succession and tax planning using wills, corporates, partnerships, trusts and other structures. 
• In addition to technical advice, provide guidance and support as a trusted advisor to families and business connections. 
• Engage in business development and maintenance of existing clients.
