This role arises within the corporate team based out of their London office. The corporate team is now established and stable and advises public and private companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through acquisitions, venture and development funding, reorganisations, restructuring, private equity funding, IPOs and exits. 

The work is varied and the team is friendly and supportive.

The corporate team has maintained a steady and strong pipeline of work and even in the current climate has given them the confidence to invest and look to grow the team further.

There is flexibility in terms of the level they can recruit at (and also whether this represents a single hire or more than one). They are seeking to recruit at any level from NQ upwards.
