The Role

4+ PQE Banking Associate to join Tier 1 Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol

Due to continued investment and expansion, an experienced Banking Associate has the opportunity to work alongside a Partner in all areas of general corporate lending (including acquisition finance), real estate finance and renewables finance.

Continually making waves and exceeding expectations, the team is the established go-to for many of the UK's largest banking institutions, offering expertise in all aspects of its banking practice with transaction values generally between £20m and £500m.

You role in the team will be to advise on general corporate lending transactions and/or real estate finance, whilst supporting more senior team members with larger transactions using appropriate project and time management techniques.

The energy of the team is strategic, results-driven and driven by technical excellence. The team is unmatched in terms of performance in Bristol, a hallmark they take pride in as they continue to disrupt the international market.

The business' financial arm is receiving continued investment at all levels, opening the doors for you to develop into a Partner role, further increasing your already high level of influence in the team and reputation within the market.

The Requirements

  • 4 years post qualified experience gained within Banking
  • Successful BD history, with enthusiasm to bolster client relationships
  • Interest in expanding upon technical and commercial skills
