About the Company
This highly respected events and knowledge engagement business is a leader in its field and now has a need for a commercial lawyer to join its legal team.
The Opportunity
The legal team is well integrated into the business and is regularly relied on for advice and support. This role will have responsibility for drafting a wide range of commercial contracts including collaboration agreements and tech agreements, sponsorship agreements, outsourcing and joint ventures. You will also advise the business on IP and digital matters along with broader commercial matters relating to risk. The business is looking for a lawyer with strong training and a broad skill-set who can hit the ground running on a wide range of things.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join a leading listed company at an exciting time for the business. Training and experience at a highly respected firm is key and a seat in corporate and / or commercial is essential. Any experience in tech or IP will also be helpful. You will need to demonstrate good commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the international business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
