This leading private healthcare business has a range of hospitals and surgical centres which treat both NHS and private patients as well as GP practices, out-of-hours services and NHS walk-in centres. The business prides itself on very high standards of care and commitment to its patients.

The Opportunity

The business is busy and with a new General Counsel having joined earlier this year, the legal team is also growing. The business is looking for an inquests solicitor to provide assistance and assist in leading on investigations. You will need to attend court hearing and you will be responsible for preparing summaries on findings. 

What We Need

You will need a litigation or investigations background, ideally in the healthcare sector although a criminal or civil background will be considered. Strong attention to detail is key, as is the ability to look at evidence and prepare findings. Knowledge of court procedures and processes is also key. Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitively through highly complex matters are also essential.
