We are working closely with a Big 6 firm, looking for an experienced Funds and M&A Lawyer to join a highly regarded team in Sydney.
Due to growth, our client is looking for an experienced Lawyer with 3+ years of experience to work across a broad scope of fund formation and mergers and acquisitions work.
Our client is looking for a personable, ambitious and client-facing individual to work closely with two very personable and high-profile Partners in this space.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- 3+ years of post-admission experience
- Admission as a Lawyer in Australia
- Strong Funds and Corporate experience to date
- An excellent academic record
