A corporate solicitor is offered an excellent opportunity to join a top 40 UK practice in their Legal 500 ranked corporate team in Nottingham.

The corporate team in Nottingham work alongside their corporate colleagues throughout the UK across the firm’s 12 offices advising clients throughout the UK, Europe, and USA across a range of sectors including:

The successful corporate solicitor joining this team will undertake a broad range of challenging, complex, and high-value corporate work which will include:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Development Funding
• Restructuring
• Capital Reductions
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Joint Ventures
• Capital Investments

This position is ideally suited to corporate solicitors with a minimum of four years’ PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

• A strong academic background
• Training and experience in corporate law gained with a reputable national or regional practice
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
