This is an award-winning boutique luxury asset law firm with an international clientele. As one of the world's leading specialist luxury asset law firms, they advise UHNW and HNW individuals and their representatives in relation to assets such as superyachts, private jets, high-end property and fine art. The firm also has a busy dispute resolution department with particular expertise in disputes concerning the aforementioned asset classes.

The Role:

This is a Director level hire for a Head of Private Client.

The firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate / Partner or equivalent) capable of providing a HNW / UHNW focused private client offering.

The firm has made its reputation working for ultra-high net worth individuals, including some of the world's wealthiest entrepreneurs and their representatives. The successful candidate should complement the firm's current service offering in this highly exclusive sector.

The ideal candidate should have a strong practice and following and experience working in the HNW or UHNW space.

The firm is looking for someone ambitious, self-sufficient and capable of building the firm's Private Client practice.

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the drive to grow the department. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to establish their own department in a firm well known in the UHNW space and put their stamp on it.

Salary/Remuneration:

A competitive starting salary will be offered to the successful candidate. With remuneration linked to financial performance, the sky is the limit for the right candidate.

In addition to a generous salary, the firm also operates a commission scheme allowing all fee earners to benefit directly from any new client relationships they are responsible for.

Place of work:

London (with flexibility on home working). The firm's head office is currently in the City of London but they are moving into a new premises (a fantastic space!) in Mayfair in January 2022.

In any event, the successful candidate will have the option of joining a hybrid working model with remote working being the norm.
