Job Details
A rare opportunity is available for an insolvency lawyer looking to make the move in-house. We are looking for someone mid to senior level lawyer to join a boutique market leading firm focussed on recovering debts owed to insolvent and solvent construction companies. As a market leader in this space, the team work in an innovative and creative way and are experiencing great success. This is a tight knit, hardworking team which bonds well and celebrates combined efforts, despite much of the team working flexibly. This hire also needs to be a true team player.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience of practical and traditional insolvency (rather than restructuring), preferably contentious and non-contentious. Remote working long term is encouraged, although some group meetings in the office will be required . This will also suit someone looking for part time.
