This National law firm are seeking an Interim Construction Solicitor for a 12-month fixed term contract to support the departments growth. THE ROLE:
This is an exciting new role that has arisen within this National law firm- with offices based across the West Midlands and East Midlands. The role has come about due to the exceptional growth within the firms Construction team. The firm are looking to recruit an Interim Construction Solicitor with contentious and non-contentious experience on a 12-month fixed term basis. Clients for the firm include public companies, private individuals, owner managed businesses and start-ups. This role will be based within the firms Birmingham or Nottingham offices (remote/hybrid working is considered). THE CANDIDATE/ THE FIRM:
You must have a minimum of 2/3+ PQE and have experience within contentious and non contentious construction matters, you must be able to provide advice in all aspects of building, construction, and engineering work. The ideal candidate must have experience of working at a large law firm within an established construction team, you will be working closely within a team on large projects- so this experience is essential. You must be commercially minded and proactive in your approach. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region.
